We assess your current situation, profile, and target position, and develop a tailored application strategy with a concrete training plan. A dedicated expert works with you to define the right channels and profiles, refine keywords and positioning, and align your application documents consistently with your target roles. We work in 5 coaching sessions of 90 minutes each (7.5 hours total) and implement your applications together. This includes selecting at least five suitable positions, applying step by step, following up, and preparing you for typical questions, formats, use cases, and mock interviews—ensuring a confident performance.
We create CVs, cover letters, and motivation letters that align in content, argumentation logic, and keywords with your target role, and we provide language refinement when needed. We focus on clear structure, high readability, and strong alignment with what recruiters and applicant tracking systems typically evaluate.
We develop presentations for application and assessment situations with a clear storyline, structured slide logic, and optional speaker notes—fully tailored to the role, company, and format. The focus is on compelling messaging, strong key takeaways, and a presentation style that performs effectively in interviews and assessment settings.

5) Conduct mock interviews – We run practice interviews, refine your arguments, presence, and answers, and finalize your preparation through to securing an offer.
